Duncan has a varied creative background having originally studied Mechanical Engineering he then took on a PhD across acoustics, oceanography and engineering, researching ultra-sound sensors to measure tidal currents for energy applications.

Having been a talented musician from the age of 7, he has been working as a freelance sound engineer, producer and project manager for the last 5 years. He’s worked with some of Scotland’s most respected artists and ensembles with a specialism in Classical, Folk and Contemporary Electronic-Pop. Having relocated in NYC in May 2022 he’s excited to explore the creative spirit the city has to offer.
